Claude says it can't find ToastBit toolsThe extension is not installed or is turned offOpen Settings → Extensions in Claude Desktop and turn ToastBit AI Check on, or install it.
"not found" next to an appThat app is not installed, or has no add-ons set upNothing to do. It is listed so you know it was checked.
"invalid JSON" or "unreadable"That app's settings file is damaged or lockedOpen the app and re-save its add-on settings, then run the check again. ToastBit does not treat it as clean.
"Not signed in" for GoogleNo Google sign-in in this Claude sessionAsk Claude to sign in to Google Workspace, finish in the browser, then ask again.
Google says the app is blocked or unverifiedToastBit is not yet marked Trusted in your Admin consoleFollow Google admin setup, step 1.
"Google refused the request"The account is not a super admin, or ToastBit is not trustedSign in with a super admin account and check step 1.
"Not all read permissions were granted"One of the two permissions was unticked on Google's screenSign in again and allow both. ToastBit revokes partial access automatically.

What the findings mean

A key or password is saved in plain textMove it into the app's secure setting or a password manager, and replace (rotate) the key.
A key appears in the start command or addressReplace the key and set the add-on up without it in the command.
Downloads and runs the newest version each timePin a specific version, or remove the add-on if nobody uses it.
Can reach your whole home folder or drivePoint it at one project folder instead.
Connects without encryptionUse the https address, or remove the add-on.
Google app with high accessConfirm the app is approved. If not, set it to Blocked in the Admin console and ask the user to remove it.
